Shipping
All orders are shipped from Tbilisi, Georgia. Orders are typically dispatched within 3–5 business days; however, delays may occur due to external factors. You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order and a separate notification once your order has shipped.
All products available on the website are in stock. You will never be required to wait for production before your order is shipped.
Awesome Chains is not liable for misplaced or stolen packages. If the shipping address provided at checkout matches the address to which the order was delivered, and the tracking status shows as “delivered,” responsibility for the package is transferred to the customer. Lost or stolen packages are non-refundable. If an issue arises, you may contact us at service@awesomechains.store and we will do our best to assist.

Returns
All sales are final. No returns or exchanges are accepted.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us at service@awesomechains.store within 3 days of receiving your package. Issues reported after this period may not qualify for resolution.
